Midday Dusk

poem

And there, there was
the lighthouse,

where the Sun hollows
desires from the
green

to let the deer graze
on feelings of home.
It stopped to
breathe,
one last time,
in the not-so-distant storm,

then went to rest

there,

where the boats go to
dream of the missing
Moon.
