This site began with a slightly unreasonable idea: build a literary space in which the words are the architecture and the chamber knows when to get out of the way.
The books live here as records, not as decorative chunks of HTML. A poem is a poem. A story is a story. A book is a book made from those pieces. This makes the editor happier and, more importantly, makes future versions less likely to explode because somebody moved a sentence three inches to the left.
Why the seam?
Because English and Romanian are not two coats hanging on the same hook. They pull at each other. Sometimes they agree. Sometimes one says something the other would rather not admit. The seam is where that tension becomes visible.

A living workshop
New books, fragments, music, images, experiments and the occasional beautifully inconvenient thought will find their way here. Some things will be polished. Some will arrive with sawdust on them.
The blog also has room for things that do not fit neatly inside Poetry, Prose or Book. That is intentional. The odd drawer is often where the useful screwdriver turns up.
